Baltimore Rapper Tonynexttoblow Has Been Putting The World On Notice With His Newest Music
From his first mixtape that he dropped on spirilla a couple of years ago fast-forward to now. One of the best lyricists in the city musically, Baltimore Rapper Tonynexttoblow has yet to keep his foot off the gas pedal since he came out in 2017 with Bag Season.
Nexttoblow has constantly kept evolving as a rap artist and his sound/music very clearly in every project since his first one, with a feature on the tape from Baltimore Rapper Bandhunta Izzy. Not too many Rappers in Baltimore can maintain a longevity career.
They usually end up becoming a one-hit-wonder-like Designer or drop one good mixtape for the streets then no one hears from them again. In 2019 he came out with Young Rich Gangster and the people loved it, causing Nexttoblow to attract even more buzz to his music than ever before.
The mixtape had great collabs from well-known local rappers such as; Lor Slim, Money Jake, Awesome Ty, and Roddy Rackzz. That same year Nexttoblow even followed up with another tape called Bag SZN 2.
The mixtape included no features, just him ripping every bar that he rapped on. The project allows you to hear how versatile his flow is with the catchy hooks that he laid on every track.
When you plan to make it out of Baltimore Rapping, being consistent with catchy, turned-up music is key when trying to achieve that. Nexttoblow understood that and linked up with Money Jake for a summertime joint project called US Vs US.
It had great features from MMH Jrock and YMC Tez. It was no way that he was stopping there. He released a classic that was vital to Baltimore’s music scene; Young Rich Gangster 2 and also a deluxe reloaded.
The Album included an inclusive lineup of features on the album; Dirty Tay, Don Q, Roddy Rackzz plus so more. The project is a must-listen-to album if you have not heard it. from Newyork Hip Hop Artist Don Q, on the song titled Streets Still.
Tonynexttoblow is far from done, On May 15 he just released his highly anticipated EP, “Brady.” Be sure to check it out on all streaming music platforms. He has a feature on there from up-and-coming rap star from East Baltimore Z18 Will.
There’s no ceiling on how far Nexttoblow will take it with his rap career. He has an incredible flow that he switches up fast or slow in every song while still being very punctual with his words, letting his audience feel exactly where's he coming from with every bar.
